⚠️ Exam Traps
Trap #1 — Gandhi & Jinnah — NOT in CA

Bahut log sochte hain Mahatma Gandhi Constituent Assembly mein the — Gandhi aur Jinnah dono CA ke members NAHI the. Yeh important negative fact hai.

Trap #2 — Temporary vs Permanent President

Temporary President = Dr. Sachchidananda Sinha. Permanent President = Dr. Rajendra Prasad. Dono alag hain. Exam mein "First President of CA" poochha jaye to = Rajendra Prasad (Permanent).

Trap #3 — Adopted vs Enforced

Adopted = 26 November 1949 (Constitution Day). Enforced = 26 January 1950 (Republic Day). Dono dates alag hain. "Constitution Day" = 26 Nov, not 26 Jan.

Trap #4 — Total Seats Before vs After Partition

Before Partition: 389 total seats (296 elected + 93 nominated). After Partition: 299 seats. Final Constitution signed by 284 members (not 299).

Trap #5 — Cabinet Mission — Who Rejected Pakistan?

Cabinet Mission (1946) ne separate Pakistan proposal REJECT kiya. Communal electorate demand by ML = accepted. Both Congress & ML ne CA accept kiya.

Trap #6 — Rajendra Prasad — Kitni Committees?

Dr. Rajendra Prasad ne 3 committees chair ki: Steering, Flag, Rules of Procedure. Aksar exam mein sirf 1-2 poochha jata hai — teeno yaad rakho.

Trap #7 — First to Demand Constituent Assembly

Pehla mention = Swaraj Bill 1895 (Tilak). Pehli formal demand = M.N. Roy 1934. INC ne 1935 mein demand ki. Teen different "firsts" — context se identify karo.
